Samantha wore this dress to Church on Sunday. It was one of my favorites from when Kayla was small. Amazingly enough, I found a picture of Kayla wearing the dress. It's a bit grainy, being taken eight years ago when digitals weren't quite what they are now, but still a sweet picture! How I love these precious girls!
Well, it took me a while, but I've finally found the time to post pictures from our vacation. It was all we hoped it would be.
Jeffrey competed in the Regional Quiz-off and his All-Star team took 3rd. When you consider they were competing against 14 of the best teams in the California, Nevada, Arizona region, that's not too shabby at all!
After a day in San Diego, where Uncle Mark and Auntie Sarah had the opportunity to meet Samantha for the very first time, we were off to Disneyland!
The weather was perfect, just a little cloudy, not too hot. We enjoyed three days in the park and managed to do everything everyone wanted to do, without completely exhausting ourselves!
All in all, a vacation full of wonderful memories!

Samantha's hair is finally so long that it can't just be down anymore. I don't want to cut it or have it cut, so for now, this is our new "do." We bet it will make you smile!

What a fun topic. These are some of my favorite pictures. Some of them I've posted before, and some are new ones. I was looking for one of my three boys, but can't seem to find one. I guess in all the craziness of being in Guatemala as a family of seven, we missed that picture. Oh well, praying that Giovanni will soon be home and there will be many, many pictures of my boys together!
That's Nathan and Jeff in the middle of the picture. Towards the end of Samantha's birthday party, the clown brought out a giant parachute. He placed a stuffed monkey in the middle and the kids were trying to get the monkey to fly off the parachute. They had sooooo much fun!
The girls in their first matching outfits, provided by Nana. Kayla's shirt says "Big Sis" and Mantha's shirt says "Little Sis". I think matching outfits is one of Kayla's favorite parts of having a little sister!
This is one of my favorite pictures of Kayla and Vanni. Can't wait to see him again and have "new" favorites!
Here are all my "at-home" kiddos. Lately, I'm feeling the hole in our family that is brought about by Giovanni not being home yet. I'm longing for the day that all my children are together again, in the same country, under the same roof.
